Valentines by Amanda and Corri

Do you ever handmake Valentine cards for your loved ones? Amanda has given me a reason to think about doing just that. She used Lori’s “love” life card and created these beautiful life cards with solid cardstock. I would love to make one for each of my kids and my hubby and sneak them into their lunches.

Next we have Corri sharing with us the Conversation Heart Box…

I’ve already started thinking about things my kids can give their classmates for Valentine’s Day.

I love this Conversation Heart Box from Lori Whitlock.    This would be so fun filled with some M&Ms or Jelly Beans.  I cut it at full size (finished size if 4″h x 3″w) but you could reduce the size a little and still have plenty of room for treats.

This pretty pattern paper is from the Echo Park – Love Story Collection.  I love this paper….so pretty and it can be used for things other than Valentine’s Day. I embellished my box with some of these flowers and a couple of sticker from the paper collection.

Die Cutting,

  1. Amanda, these look so cool–Love the bold, crisp look of them! Corri, the conversation heart box is a great classroom idea! Now you have the wheels turning in my head about my own daughter’s classroom.

  2. So, is this card (the playing card one) used on the silhouette? I am unsure what the format is and how to use it.

  3. Yes Staci it is an SVG file at both Lori’s SVG shop as well as the Silhouette store. It is the Love Life Card at the Silhouette store and linked in this post to Lori’s shop.
