We have an odd way of celebrating Thanksgiving since we don’t have family here. We are rarely invited to Thanksgiving dinners but we still celebrate it in our own little way. I usually let my sons pick a dish for me to make for the holiday. My favorite is the ground turkey-potato stew that I make for my 16 year old son. Not the traditional turkey dish but still with a touch of turkey.
