Last Minute Gifts Blog Party Day #3

I’m so glad you’re back for Day #3 our Blog Party with Kerri Bradford!! We are having a GREAT time interacting with all of you! My site has record breaking traffic over the past few days. Thank you so much for your support!!

You have submitted some fabulous ”LAST MINUTE GIFT” ideas on the Day 1 post. Go check them out HERE. It’s a great resource if you’re in need of some ideas!!

Did you see the awesome projects the amazing Laura Vegas shared over on Kerri’s blog yesterday? If not make sure you go check those babies out. She created a photo box, golf ball box, and the cutes little gift card holder box you’ve ever seen {all using my box files along with Kerri’s files for embellishments}!!

Don’t forget… there are $50 GIFT CARDS up for grabs and all the entry details are listed on Monday’s post right HERE. TWO WINNERS WILL BE CHOSEN FRIDAY!!

Today, the lovely Miss Carolyn King has created our featured project. Who has a teacher on their gift list? I’m sure there’s not a teacher in the world that doesn’t get enough candles or hand lotion. Carolyn is thinking out of the box on this one (no pun intended)… What a creative way to give a gift card to the teacher on your list. I’m sure this is one gift that will be appreciated.

Here’s what Carolyn has to say:

“My last minute gift idea is for the teacher’s on your holiday list. I usually get a book store gift card for my children’s teachers so I started with that and created a gift card holder. I wanted to do a mini cube of paper to go with it but I could not find any white paper cubes so I just created the box and stuck an apple in there:)You get the idea, though!”

Here are the cutting files that Carolyn used:
Apple, alpha background: Educationish (Kerri Bradford
Library Pocket Tag with Gift Card Holder (Lori Whitlock)
Happy Holidays: Christmas Phrases (Lori Whitlock)

Make sure you go comment on Carolyn’s blog post for another chance to win a gift card to my shop and Kerri’s shop. She’ll be announcing winners tomorrow morning. While you’re there make sure you check out the Echo Park Blog hop she’s participating in. She’s featuring my Winter Park and Season’s Greetings pattern paper on her lovely cards!!

Whew… just got sidetracked… I did the ECHO PARK hop… you’ve gotta go check that out!! There’s some amazing ideas and a ton of my designs featured.

OK. Back to business. Not only did we meet our goal of 30 posts yesterday… we had over 60!! You ladies ROCK!! I’ll whip up a new freebie for tomorrow.

Today I have a last minute gift GIVEAWAY for you!! I’m so excited to send one of these awesome headbands to you!! I LOVE THESE HEADBANDS!! Talk about a CUTE, inexpensive gift for the girls/women in your life…. I wear mine when I exercise… they don’t slip and they keep my hair out of my face.

Simply comment on today’s post for a chance to win this darling headband made by Sweet Sweat Bands! My friend Sarah owns the company and she’s such a fun and talented girl!! Thanks SARAH for hosting today’s GIVEAWAY! I’ll choose a winner from the comments in the morning.

Have a great day and don’t forget to go visit Kerri…. I’m headed that way myself right now!
