Like many of you, I've always been a creative spirit. As a child my mother would roll paper across the kitchen floor and I'd draw and entertain myself for hours. I learned to sew at a very young age and was completely hooked when I was introduced to scapbooking. As a graphic designer I've been so blessed to be able to marry my love for all things crafty along with my career. Making life beautiful and preserving memories is dear to my heart. When I saw Corri’s project for today… it made me smile. She’s made a darling birthday set for us using the new cupcake file and card file. Take a look:

Corri says “I used my Cameo to cut Lori’s cupcake shaped box from Echo Park – So Happy Together collection. This box goes together very quickly and is the perfect size to hold a small gift or a yummy treat. I embellished my little box with some lace trim and a rolled flower. These flowers are my favorite embellishment…they make everything look cute!

For my card, I used one of the belly band cards and embellished it with the little cupcake from this set. The sentiment is from Scrappy Moms Stamps – Dancing in Circles. The stamp fits perfectly on the card exactly as sized.”
