I purchased some of your files from the Silhouette design store and am having trouble downloading the SVGs. I have a Cricut and use Design Space, and when I imported them, they are only 2 inches tall and not very user friendly. Any suggestions what I should do?
Unfortunately Silhouette’s SVG files don’t always work well in other cutting machines. They do not import in the correct size and they can be buggy. If the size is not listed in the file itself, I have a sizing page here in my shop: https://shop.loriwhitlock.com/sizing-information/
You can look up the correct width and it links to a post to help with the resizing.
If you are using my files in Cricut I recommend you purchase directly from my shop. The files will import correctly amd I support other cutting machines.
