Hello, I bought a model “3d snow globe card nativity” and there is a problem by the sistem of moveing: I think is an extra right angle to the base. If it’s ok, can you show me how to work with it?

The 3D snow globes and the videos have all been updated. If you purchased from my shop you can log back into your account and re download under your account.
If you purchased from Silhouette, go into your silhouette library, right mouse click on the file and select retry download.
